Enrollment policy reminder

Enrollment must be submitted within Harvard Pilgrim’s enrollment policy

All enrollment changes need to be submitted within 60 days (30 days for NH Terms) from the qualifying event for Harvard Pilgrim to enroll members.

HPHC will deny enrollments or changes that are not submitted within the approved timeframe. When that occurs in relation to new enrollments, the employee and/or the dependent(s) cannot be enrolled until the next open enrollment period or until a subsequent qualifying event, per the Employer Agreement.
