This program addresses the growing demand for flexible, effective mental health care — especially for teens and young adults. Whether you’re facing anxiety, stress or burnout, Meru Health’s 12-week digital mental health program offers personalized, confidential care that fits your lifestyle with licensed therapist support, self-guided tools and daily guidance to help you feel better, faster.

Spring Health

HMFP partners with Spring Health to provide you and your covered dependents with behavioral health support services at no additional cost; includes tools and services like therapy, in-app exercises, coaching and other types of support.

Grow Therapy

Virtual and in-person therapy and medication management for ages 6+, treating over 40 behavioral health conditions. Emphasizes culturally competent, personalized care.

InStride Health

Specialized virtual therapy for children, teens and young adults (ages 7-22) with severe anxiety and OCD, offering a phased, family-centered approach that delivers rapid, effective care. Services are located in CT, MA, ME, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, and VA.

Doctor On Demand

From talk therapy to medication management, Doctor On demand licensed providers are here to support you with concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, family issues, trauma, or PTSD.

Valera Health

Complete virtual behavioral health services for children, adolescents and adults, with one-stop access to therapy and medication management, and a dedicated health connector to help coordinate your care and support your goals. (Available in Massachusetts only.)

Pediatric behavioral health

Specialized provider programs to address the unique behavioral health needs of children, teens and young adults — age eligibility varying by program. Both in-person and virtual care options available.

Specialized pediatric developmental services & family support

A broad provider network across New England to help coordinate whole-child care to support families’ needs, including Autism Spectrum Therapies, Behavioral Concepts, and Positive Behavioral Supports. Plans with nationwide access can also use the UnitedHealthcare network. Services include diagnostics, Applied Behavior Analysis, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and social skills support in centers, via telehealth, or at home.

Better Life Partners integrates primary care and behavioral health care so you can focus on all aspects of recovery. Close relationships with local community organizations give you an extra layer of support.

Spectrum Health

Find a range of evidence-based treatment options, including inpatient detoxification, residential treatment, medication for substance use disorders, outpatient counseling and peer recovery support.

Addiction Recovery Care Management Team

If you’re taking steps toward recovery from substance use, Harvard Pilgrim’s addiction recovery care management team provides guidance after inpatient treatment, with information and support on personalized recovery plans and treatment programs.

988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline

The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline offers phone, text or chat support if you are having a mental health or substance abuse crisis, or emotional distress.

SAMHSA’s National Helpline

Get referrals to local treatment facilities, support groups and community-based organizations if you are facing mental health disorders, substance use disorders or both. SAMHSA is the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, which is an agency of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
