Small group & individual
Harvard Pilgrim will no longer sell plans for small group businesses (those with fewer than 50 members) in Rhode Island as of July 1, 2025. Employers and members who currently have Rhode Island small group policies will be covered through the end of their plan year but will not be able to renew their Harvard Pilgrim coverage in 2026.
Large group - fully insured
For groups with 51+ employees. A range of full, tiered and select network plan options. Benefits may be customized to suit employers’ needs.
Large group - self insured
