Employee Assistance Program

BILH offers an Employee Assistance Program in partnership with KGA. Call 855-760-2454 24/7 for confidential consultations, counseling and referrals at no cost to you and your adult family members.

Virtual Peer Support

The Massachusetts Virtual Peer Support Network connects you one-on-one with someone who’s been in your shoes. Whether you work in direct care, administration, environmental services, facilities or another role, this support is for you.

Archangels

BILH offers this important resource to staff who care for loved ones outside of work. Discover your “Caregiver Intensity Score” and find out how Archangels can help.

Finding care within the BILH system

Many BILH primary care offices have behavioral health clinicians as part of their teams, and all providers can refer to in-person or virtual behavioral health services within BILH. For more information, speak with your primary care provider, or visit the BILH Behavioral Health Services website.

This program addresses the growing demand for flexible, effective mental health care — especially for teens and young adults. Whether you’re facing anxiety, stress or burnout, Meru Health’s 12-week digital mental health program offers personalized, confidential care that fits your lifestyle with licensed therapist support, self-guided tools and daily guidance to help you feel better, faster.

InStride Health

Specialized virtual therapy for children, teens and young adults (ages 7-22) with severe anxiety and OCD, offering a phased, family-centered approach that delivers rapid, effective care. Services are located in CT, MA, ME, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, and VA.

Grow Therapy

Virtual and in-person therapy and medication management for ages 6+, treating over 40 behavioral health conditions. Emphasizes culturally competent, personalized care.

Doctor On Demand

From talk therapy to medication management, Doctor On demand licensed providers are here to support you with concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, family issues, trauma, or PTSD.

Valera Health

Complete virtual behavioral health services for children, adolescents and adults, with one-stop access to therapy and medication management, and a dedicated health connector to help coordinate your care and support your goals. (Available in Massachusetts only.)

Pediatric behavioral health

Specialized provider programs to address the unique behavioral health needs of children, teens and young adults — age eligibility varying by program. Both in-person and virtual care options available.

Specialized pediatric developmental services & family support

A broad provider network across New England to help coordinate whole-child care to support families’ needs, including Autism Spectrum Therapies, Behavioral Concepts, and Positive Behavioral Supports. Plans with nationwide access can also use the UnitedHealthcare network.  Services include diagnostics, Applied Behavior Analysis, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and social skills support in centers, via telehealth, or at home.

Take your first step toward recovery with the help of substance use treatment, available through multiple network providers. And, Harvard Pilgrim’s internal addiction recovery care management team offers you support after inpatient treatment. Refer to your plan documents for specific details about coverage and benefits.

BILH offers a full range of Substance Use Disorder Treatment services, including Acute Treatment Services, Clinical Stabilization Services, Transitional Support Services, Residential Recovery Housing and Medication-Assisted Treatment. Better Life Partners

Better Life Partners integrates primary care and behavioral health care so you can focus on all aspects of recovery. Close relationships with local community organizations give you an extra layer of support.

Spectrum Health

Find a range of evidence-based treatment options, including inpatient detoxification, residential treatment, medication for substance use disorders, outpatient counseling and peer recovery support.

Harvard Pilgrim's care management team

Harvard Pilgrim’s addiction recovery care management team provides guidance after inpatient treatment, with information and support on personalized recovery plans and treatment programs.

988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline

The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline offers phone, text or chat support if you are having a mental health or substance abuse crisis, or emotional distress.

SAMHSA’s National Helpline

Get referrals to local treatment facilities, support groups and community-based organizations if you are facing mental health disorders, substance use disorders or both. SAMHSA is the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, which is an agency of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
