Ovia Health is available to support and guide you through the journey of reproductive health, pregnancy and parenthood. As a member, you will have access to three mobile apps by Ovia Health — Ovia, Ovia Pregnancy and Ovia Parenting — that offer a variety of resources and tools to assist you no matter where you are in your journey.

With everything from daily tips and personalized information to health data tracking and in-app messaging with a team of medical experts, Ovia apps can be a great daily support system to help you with all kinds of fertility, maternity, menopause and family health needs.

• Unlimited one-on-one coaching with the ability to message instantly with a nurse, dietician, lactation consultant, sleep consultant, care advocates and more to support and guide you and answer all of your questions.
• Benefits library to learn about and access Harvard Pilgrim’s resources such as behavioral health and care management all from one centrally located, easy to find place.
• Career development and return-to-work programs to find coaching and career advice for preparing for maternity leave, returning to work and being a working parent.

• If you don’t have an Ovia Health account yet:

• Download Ovia, Ovia Pregnancy or Ovia Parenting on your mobile device through the Apple App Store or Google Play, or from the landing page at https://connect.oviahealth.com/harvardpilgrim.
• Select “Try it now” and at the Welcome screen, customize your profile and create a new account.
• After entering your email address and creating a password, select the toggle for “I have Ovia Health as a benefit.”
•  Select “Sign up.”
• Select your health plan and employer.
• Enter your first name and last name (as listed with your health plan), date of birth and ZIP code.
• Accept the terms and conditions.
• Explore Ovia Health!

If you have an existing Ovia consumer account

• Tap “More” and tap “Update my health care information.”
• Select your health plan and employer.
• Enter your first name and last name (as listed with your health plan), date of birth and ZIP code.
• Accept the terms and conditions.
• Tap the Save button at the top right.
• Explore the new features available!
