How to Estimate Your 2026 Premium

Under the Affordable Care Act, each member must be rated individually. To calculate your total proposed premium for 2026:

  1. Determine the rate for each covered individual.
  2. Add the individual rates together to get your total premium.

The proposed rates do not reflect any subsidy that you may receive through the Health Insurance Marketplace. We will notify you of your actual 2026 premium rate prior to the next open enrollment period that starts on November 1, 2025.
