Your Activity Summary

What is an Activity Summary?

An Activity Summary is a statement highlighting how we've processed claims for medical services you've received. It will help you keep track of the progress you've made to satisfy your financial responsibility, including deductible and out-of-pocket amounts.

Who receives an Activity Summary?

All members receive an Activity Summary through the HPHConnect section of their secure member account on a monthly basis.

When Harvard Pilgrim processes a member claim within a given month — and the member is responsible for a deductible, coinsurance or an amount not covered by thier plan — the member will also receive a copy in the mail.
