How do I get reimbursed?
After four months of Harvard Pilgrim membership, you can complete the Wellness and/or Weight Management Reimbursement Form online (recommended)

Health savings accounts
Cape Cod Healthcare offers a Consumer Driven Health Plan (CDHP) to certain employee groups. The CDHP plan includes a Health Savings Account (HSA) funded by your employer that can be used to pay for qualified medical expenses. For eligibility, please check with your Benefits Administrator at Cape Cod Healthcare.

Cape Cod Healthcare employee health plan & wellness program. Living with a complex or chronic health condition can be challenging, but now CCHC employee health plan (EHP) members have an even greater support system through the Helping Hands Program.
