If you are looking for a tier 1 provider, please first use your HPHC provider search tool. However, there are instances where providers who practice in a hospital setting or an outpatient clinic may not appear in the provider search tool. This happens because these providers bill their services under the hospital (Cape Cod Hospital or Falmouth Hospital) and not by individual provider.
Harvard Pilgrim Health Care contracts with these providers at the hospital level. Examples of these providers can include, but are not limited to physical, occupational, and speech therapists. Services provided at CCHC outpatient settings like Wilkens Outpatient Medical Complex (e.g. radiology) are also billed under the hospital umbrella. Those individual providers and outpatient settings like the Wilkens Center will not appear on the HPHC search tool, but please be assured that these services will apply a tier 1 cost-share.
Please note: Cape Cod and Falmouth Hospitals will appear on your provider search tool as a tier 1 acute hospital. Therefore, any services performed at these hospitals will apply a tier 1 cost-share.
