Centers for Behavioral Health has two outpatient sites, one located at 460 West Main St, Hyannis, and the other located in the Fontaine Medical Center at 525 Long Pond Dr., Harwich. We offer a wide range of psychiatric services for all ages.
The Centers for Behavioral Health’s Adult Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is a short term, intense outpatient group treatment program open to individuals with acute psychiatric conditions that require more support and structure than outpatient treatment alone can provide. PHP may also serve as a transition following inpatient hospitalization as we provide the intensity of services found on an inpatient unit for those who do not or no longer require 24-hour supervision.
