Reduce My Costs is a program that connects you with a nurse via phone or chat to help you find care at a lower-cost high-quality facility for outpatient medical procedures and diagnostic tests. And you’ll be rewarded just for using this service. Examples of procedures that might qualify for savings include:

  • Radiology (e.g., MRI and CT scan)
  • Lab work
  • Mammogram
  • Ultrasound
  • Bone density study
  • Colonoscopy
  • Other non-emergency outpatient tests and procedures

When you have an outpatient test or procedure coming up, call Reduce My Costs at (855) 772-8366, or visit the Reduce My Costs website to chat live with a nurse. It’s a quick and easy way to engage!

The nurse will:

  • Compare provider costs and inform you of the lower-cost providers in your area
     
  • Assist with scheduling or rescheduling your appointment and help with any paperwork
