Behavioral Health Service Navigator

If you have complex concerns, your Member Advocate team can connect you to a specially trained Behavioral Health Service Navigator to help you find the care that’s right for you and your family, assist with getting timely appointments, and more. 

Harvard Pilgrim offers innovative collaborations with leading behavioral health providers to expand access and remove barriers to care. These collaborations support timely, personalized care across a wide range of needs—from autism and substance use to virtual therapy and digital wellness tools.

Meru Health

This program addresses the growing demand for flexible, effective mental health care — especially for teens and young adults. Whether you’re facing anxiety, stress or burnout, Meru Health’s 12-week digital mental health program offers personalized, confidential care that fits your lifestyle with licensed therapist support, self-guided tools and daily guidance to help you feel better, faster. Ages: 13-Adult

InStride Health

InStride Health is a specialized virtual program for members (ages 7-24) experiencing conditions such as excessive worry, panic attacks, intrusive thoughts, compulsions, social anxiety, fears or phobias, school avoidance, body dysmorphia and hair pulling/skin picking. Ages: 7-24

Velara Health

Complete virtual behavioral health services for children, adolescents and adults, with one-stop access to therapy and medication management, and a dedicated health connector to help coordinate your care and support your goals. (Available in Massachusetts only.) Ages: 12-Adult

Grow Therapy

Virtual and in-person therapy and medication management for ages 6+, treating over 40 behavioral health conditions. Emphasizes culturally competent, personalized care. Ages: 8-Adult

We’ll recommend a high-quality treatment program in your area that can provide physical, emotional and psychological support for successful recovery. Addiction recovery care management team

Harvard Pilgrim’s addiction recovery care management team provides guidance after inpatient treatment, with information and support on personalized recovery plans and treatment programs.

Spectrum Health

Spectrum Health Systems offers Harvard Pilgrim members a full range of options to meet their substance use treatment or mental health care needs, or both. Their programs include:

  • Inpatient detoxification
  • Residential treatment
  • Medication for substance use disorder
  • Outpatient counseling
  • Peer recovery support

Outpatient treatment centers are located throughout Massachusetts; individual, group and family counseling services are available.

Better Life Partners offers same-day treatment, with the integration of primary and behavioral health care, members can truly focus on all aspects of recovery from medical and emotional well-being to substance use disorder.
