Using online reporting tools

Medicare Brokers have different arrangements for payment of commissions and resulting reporting.

  • If commissions are paid to you directly, you will have access to reporting.
  • Report access is limited when you work through an agency who receives commission and in turn, pays you. In this case, it is the Agency that has access to the reports.

To use the online reporting tools, log in to the Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Broker Portal and navigate to the “Medicare Portal” which is distinguished with a blue menu bar at the top of the page.

Commission reports – Click “Commissions” on the tool bar and on the next page, click the link to “Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Access Commissions”.  You can also select “Submit Inquiry” from the Commission Inquiries link if you have a commission question.

Medicare Book of Business reports – From the Medicare home page, click “Quick Links” including: Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Individual Enrollment (for Stride Medicare Advantage) or Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Medicare Supplement Tracker.
