Where to Buy Medications
Retail. Buy your prescriptions at a local retail pharmacy that participates in the MedImpact network. Also, find out which pharmacies offer 90-day supplies of maintenance medications.
Mail. Use MedImpact Direct Mail to have a 90-day supply of maintenance medications delivered to your home. Standard shipping is free. Be sure to have your Harvard Pilgrim ID number, prescription number(s) and credit card information ready when you call.

If you take medications for conditions such as hepatitis C, multiple sclerosis or rheumatoid arthritis, your provider must order your prescriptions through our designated specialty pharmacy, CVS Specialty. Delivery will be made to your home or office, provider’s office or at a CVS retail location of your choice. CVS Specialty offers emergency overnight or same-day delivery via mail or courier, around-the-clock telephone access to nurses and clinical pharmacists, and educational materials.
If you have been prescribed fertility drugs, your provider will order them through Freedom Drug or Village Fertility Pharmacy for delivery to your home. These pharmacies offer emergency overnight or same-day delivery via mail or courier, around-the-clock phone access to nurses and clinical pharmacists, and educational materials.

If you need a medication that Harvard Pilgrim either doesn’t cover or limits, you or your provider can ask for an exception.
