Good Measures Healthy Weight Program
Your HMFP medical plan now includes access to Good Measures to help you manage weight in a nutrition-focused way to help you reach your goals. Get personalized support from a registered dietitian to manage your weight, find easy ways to be more physically active, reduce your risk for conditions such as Type 2 diabetes, and optimize nutrition for a healthy pregnancy. This program also provides education and support if you’ve been prescribed or are considering weight loss medication.

Setting up your Wellness Account
1. Create your Wellness Account
Are you a Harvard Pilgrim member enrolled in a HMFP medical plan?
Yes
- If have an existing Harvard Pilgrim online account, use your existing username and password to log in to your Wellness Account. (Don’t remember your credentials? Click “Forgot member username” or “Forgot member password.”)
- If you don’t have a Harvard Pilgrim online account set up, click “Create Member Account.”

- Click “Create Guest Account” and use program code: C47396.
- Activation of your guest account may take up to 24 hours.
2. Download the Wellness At Your Side app
WebMD’s Wellness At Your Side app lets you access your Wellness Account on your smartphone. After you create your Wellness Account (step 1 above):
- Download the Wellness At Your Side app on the Apple App or Google Play stores
- Open the Wellness At Your Side app and enter the mobile program code lwportal
- Log in with the username and password you set up for your member or guest account
