Strength Classes

Increase strength, mobility and flexibility all from the comfort of home. Try something new or enjoy a form of exercise you already love thanks to our live virtual strength classes.

Tai chi

Tai chi is a form of exercise that integrates mind and body, cultivates internal energy, and promotes health and harmony. This four-week class will include the foundational exercises of tai chi: joint-loosening exercises, standing meditation postures, breathing techniques, weight shifting and stances, and tai chi form movements.

Cardio calisthenics

A body weight workout incorporating aerobic and strength movements. Perform traditional calisthenic exercises at different levels of intensity and rhythm to get your heart and muscles pumping.

Five-session yoga series

Gentle flow yoga

This beginner and all-levels yoga class will leave you feeling your best, mentally calm and centered, and physically renewed. This class will focus on floor stretching, pre-stretch, reset and release, while also including meditation.

This class will feature a short warmup and then move on to different poses to increase and practice balance. A chair, wall or doorway may be useful for support.

Yoga sculpt

Total body workout for all fitness levels. This class is set to energizing music and designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group by combining plyometrics and Vinyasa-style yoga flow. Full body strengthening with body weight resistance will get your heart rate up.

Guided Mindfulness Sessions

Experiment with short bursts of mindfulness instruction, followed by mini meditations, led by our team of expert instructors.

All our guided mindfulness sessions allow attendees to interact with our instructors using Zoom’s “chat” feature. The Wednesday sessions, however, invite attendees to turn on their webcams in order to communicate directly with the instructors, for an even more interactive experience.
