Fitness Classes

Functional Strength Training

Functional strength training involves working your muscles against resistance in a manner that improves overall muscular strength and makes activities of daily living easier to perform. Learn basic exercise patterns that will increase muscular strength, muscular endurance and improve overall mobility.

Short spurts, high intensity challenges designed to condition your entire body! Tabata fitness includes 20 seconds of your best work effort, with a 10 second recovery (rest) a total of 8 times! Enjoy several rounds of Tabata training! This Olympic-quality training method is named after Dr. Izumi Tabata whose research shows the many fitness benefits of committing to your very best work effort even when using little to no equipment! Tabata time!

Guided Mindfulness Sessions

Experiment with short bursts of mindfulness instruction, followed by mini meditations, led by our team of expert instructors.

All our guided mindfulness sessions allow attendees to interact with our instructors using Zoom’s “chat” feature. The Wednesday sessions, however, invite attendees to turn on their webcams in order to communicate directly with the instructors, for an even more interactive experience.
