During Hospital Week, renew your commitment to your physical and emotional well-being with mindfulness sessions, virtual yoga classes and more. All classes are FREE for BILH employees.

 


 

Mindfulness — In the Moment

Christine O’Shaughnessy, a senior instructor with Harvard Pilgrim’s mindfulness program, will be offering 15-minute sessions to help you reset to center, even in the midst of incredibly demanding environments.

Can’t get to a yoga studio, or just prefer to practice at home? Let the class come to you! Classes are held using two-way video, so your teacher can always see and support you.
