A Care Team designed with you in mind

When health challenges arise, managing health needs should be the least of your worries. Our Care Team of nurses, clinical social workers, pharmacists and certified health coaches is trained to help you take the challenge out of accessing care. Whether you’re coming to terms with a new diagnosis, living with a chronic condition, having trouble with medications, considering pregnancy or concerned about an upcoming procedure, our Care Team can offer timely and informed support, so you never feel alone.

Access the Harvard Pilgrim MyConnect app

  1. Download the free Harvard Pilgrim MyConnect mobile app to your smartphone or tablet.
  2. Once the app is installed, tap “Sign up.”
  3. Enter the access code hpbetter. Be prepared to enter other information, such as your date of birth and Harvard Pilgrim ID number.
  4. Complete your profile and start exploring the app! If you’re an Apple device user, make sure you enable push notifications to receive alerts about messages and reminders from the Care Team.
  5. Once you’ve registered, a Care Team member will reach out to you.
