As we continue to serve our members during the COVID-19 pandemic, we understand how important it is for them to access the health care they need—and equally important for Harvard Pilgrim to provide the right tools to support them.

Starting today, members have access to an enhanced online provider directory that provides a simpler, more streamlined experience. The new search tool has a mobile-responsive design, making it easier to use on smartphones and tablets. Plus, it’s accessible to blind and low-vision members who use the tool via a screen reader.

Members who need additional assistance finding a provider can call Harvard Pilgrim’s Member Services department at (888) 333-4742. Representatives are available Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Wednesday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. For TTY service, call 711
