Massachusetts has enacted new laws that impact your Employer Agreement with Harvard Pilgrim. We have amended your Employer Agreement to comply with these requirements (Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 93H, and implementing regulations at 201 CMR 17.00, “Standards for the Protection of Personal Information of Residents of the Commonwealth”).
