They typically include a high deductible and one or more financial accounts – Health Savings Account (HSA) or Health Reimbursement Account (HRA). The goal is to reduce health care cost through smarter, more judicious health care shoppers.
To ease employers' and employees' transition to Consumer-Driven Health, we offer an integrated HRA/HSA solution with our preferred administrators. Under this arrangement, we send weekly electronic enrollment and claims files directly to the administrator to ease administration for both employers and employees. We also have negotiated preferred terms, designed standard HRA/HSA offerings and implemented trouble-shooting and continuous quality improvement programs with each preferred administrator.
