Harvard Pilgrim Health Care is committed to promoting the delivery of safe, effective health care to all its members and to implementing quality improvement initiatives that monitor and improve the safety of care provided to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Harvard Pilgrim also supports and participates in the activities of the Massachusetts Coalition for the Prevention of Medical Errors and other collaborative efforts to improve the safety of patient care.
