We strive to provide exceptional service to our members and provider network, and your feedback gives us insight into what’s working well and what areas offer an opportunity for improvement. Beginning in October, Harvard Pilgrim will conduct our annual Provider Satisfaction Survey, which helps us gather this important feedback.
Harvard Pilgrim has selected SPH Analytics, an independent research firm and National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Certified Survey Vendor, to administer the Provider Satisfaction Survey, which can be completed by mail or online. If your practice has been chosen to participate, you will receive a packet by mail that includes the survey and a postage-paid return envelope, as well as a website address, user ID, and login if you prefer to complete the survey online. While we’ll be reaching out to provider offices for feedback in October, we’ll be contacting our participating hospitals later this year.
Because we know your time is valuable, we’ve streamlined the survey even further. We suggest that the person in your office who has the most frequent interaction with Harvard Pilgrim on matters such as claims processing, care and utilization management, or issues resolution complete the survey.
