Remember to Complete Your Provider Satisfaction Survey


Last month, Harvard Pilgrim began conducting our annual Provider Satisfaction Survey, which helps us gather important feedback on what’s working well and what areas offer an opportunity for improvement. If your practice was chosen to participate, you will have received a packet by mail that includes the survey and a postage-paid return envelope, as well as a website address, user ID, and login if you prefer to complete the survey online.

Harvard Pilgrim has selected the research firm The Myers Group to conduct the survey. Because we know your time is valuable, we’ve streamlined the survey to take approximately 15 minutes. We suggest that the person in your office who has the most frequent interaction with Harvard Pilgrim on matters such as claims processing, care and utilization management, or resolving service issues complete the survey.

Your participation is vital to helping Harvard Pilgrim enhance our operations and provide better service to providers. Please take a moment to let us know how we can better serve you!
