Trainings Available for Connecticut Providers

Harvard Pilgrim welcomes Connecticut providers to our network. As we begin partnering with you, we’re offering a series of webinars to introduce you to Harvard Pilgrim and provide you with the information you and your office staff need to start working with us, including how to submit and track claims, receive authorizations, check eligibility, and use our e-transaction tools, such as HPHConnect.

Please join us for one of the following sessions:

  • Monday, June 16 — 2 p.m.
  • Tuesday, June 24 — 10 a.m.
  • Tuesday, July 1 — 2 p.m.
  • Friday, July 11 — 8 a.m.

Please RSVP at least one week prior to the webinar that you would like to attend by emailing the following information to ctprovider_relations@harvardpilgrim.org:

  • Date of session you would like to attend
  • Names of participant (s)
  • Practice name and address
  • Phone number
  • Email address

Your email confirmation will include the dial-in number, access code, and any other information you’ll need to participate in the webinar.You will need a computer with Internet access to view the educational materials presented during the session.

You can also find information about our webinars on the Connecticut page of our provider website. If you can’t attend one of our webinars, we have posted a video presentation on the website for you to view at your convenience.
