As we begin partnering with you, we’re offering a series of webinars to introduce you to Harvard Pilgrim and provide you with the information you and your office staff need to start working with us, including how to submit and track claims, receive authorizations, check eligibility, and use our e-transaction tools, such as HPHConnect.
Please join us for one of the following sessions:
- Monday, June 16 — 2 p.m.
- Tuesday, June 24 — 10 a.m.
- Tuesday, July 1 — 2 p.m.
- Friday, July 11 — 8 a.m.

Your email confirmation will include the dial-in number, access code, and any other information you’ll need to participate in the webinar.You will need a computer with Internet access to view the educational materials presented during the session.
