Harvard Pilgrim’s Specialty Pharmacy Program has added the following medications.

Bethkis

Bethkis is used for the management of cystic fibrosis patients with Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Pharmacy Benefit  Accredo
Tobramycin inhalation solution
(generic equivalent of TOBI)

Olysio
(simeprevir) 
Olysio is a medication used in combination with other antiviral medications to treat genotype 1 chronic hepatitis C in adults. Pharmacy Benefit  Accredo
Sovaldi
(sofosbuvir)
Sovaldi is used in combination with other antiviral medications to treat genotype 1, 2, 3, or 4 chronic hepatitis C. Pharmacy Benefit  Accredo
Granix
(tbo-filgrastim)
Granix is used to reduce the duration of severe neutropenia in patients with nonmyeloid malignancies receiving chemotherapy associated with a clinically significant incidence of febrile neutropenia.  Medical Benefit  Accredo
Xiaflex
(collagenase clostridium histolyticum) 
Xiaflex is used to treat adults with Dupuytren’s contracture with a palpable cord or adult men with Peyronie’s disease with a palpable plaque and curvature deformity of at least 30 degrees at the start of therapy.  Medical Benefit
