How the program works

  • New prescriptions are ordered by the physician for shipment directly to the patient's home. Once the pharmacy receives the complete prescription information, they will contact the member to arrange for copayment and delivery of the medication.

  • The specialty pharmacy coordinates with the member to schedule refill orders.

This is a mandatory program. If your patient chooses to obtain their Infertility medications at a pharmacy other than Village Pharmacy or Freedom Drug, they will be responsible for the full cost of the drug.
