Due to a system upgrade, Harvard Pilgrim’s Member Services department will close at 1 p.m. on Friday, September 4, with a limited service capability. Representatives will be available from 1 p.m.– 3 p.m. for urgent requests and will reopen at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, September 8. Please note that we are anticipating high call volume on September 8 and members may experience longer than usual wait times.
