Improve your focus and creativity with “Mindfulness Meditation.”
HealthMatters is offering mindfulness meditation as a new way to support your overall well-being. Mindfulness is a concentrated state of awareness that helps you see and respond to situations with clarity. Practicing mindfulness has been shown to improve focus, creativity and resilience.

The Mindfulness program is open to all benefits-eligible employees and is presented by Harvard Pilgrim Health Care. The sessions will introduce the basic principles and practices of mindfulness and teach techniques and activities for you to apply to your daily life.

Please be aware that due to the nature of this program, the ability to attend all sessions is very important. If you sign up for the on-site sessions, you may not participate in the web-based sessions, and vice versa. If for any reason you do not think that you can make this time commitment, please consider deferring enrollment at this time.

Registration for both on-site and web-based programs is through Compass (search “Mindfulness”). Please note that registration will close one week prior to the first session. Registration for the on-site program will close end of business day April 26, and registration for the web-based program will close end of business day April 28.
