Our well-being programs are here for you when you need them the most.

Whether you are looking to shake it up, stretch it out, or get centered, we’ve got you covered with Zumba®, yoga, guided mindfulness, wellness sessions, which are now available to everyone through our Living Well at Home programs. All classes are at no cost to you and easy to access via Zoom.

Strength Classes

These live classes involve full body workouts that can help you increase strength, mobility and flexibility. Try something new or enjoy a form of exercise you already love.

RAQ THE BARRE® by RAQISA®

Tone and condition your entire body from top to toe with a cardio core barre method designed to improve torso and hip flexibility and stability. Challenge your muscles, using your own body weight, with a varied series including barre and mat exercises.

RAQ WITH STRENGTH & GRACE!

This week will focus on boosting your barre burn with minute progressions, with layered joint articulations as a graceful release, and a mat series. Add ball and band for extra chisel.

Yoga Classes
