Introducing Mindfulness: How to Begin, Sustain and Get the Most Out of Your Practice – November 4, 2020 from 1-1:30 p.m. ET

In this 30 minute session, master mindfulness instructor Tara Healey—founder and director of Harvard Pilgrim Health Care’s groundbreaking “Mind the Moment” program—will debunk common misconceptions around mindfulness; explain the role of meditation; describe what you should (and should not!) expect from your mindfulness practice; and set you on the path for building a mindfulness practice of your own. This program will be organized as a conversation between Tara and her colleague Jon Roberts, and participants will be invited to ask Tara questions of their own.

It’s not WHAT you eat, it’s HOW MUCH you eat – November 18, 2020 from 1-1:30 p.m. ET
