Our well-being programs are here for you when you need them the most.

Whether you are looking to shake it up, stretch it out, or get centered, we’ve got you covered with Zumba®, yoga, guided mindfulness, wellness sessions, which are now available to everyone through our Living Well at Home programs. All classes are at no cost to you and easy to access via Zoom.

barre3 is a full-body balanced workout combining strength conditioning, cardio, and mindfulness. The class will leave you feeling balanced in body and empowered from within. Handheld weights (2-5 lbs) are optional, but not required!

Yoga for Kids – September 24, 2020

The practice of yoga is beneficial to everyone. This class will be tailored to kids of all ages and abilities. This fun, approachable class is taught by a former kid’s yoga educator. Yoga and breathing help kids regulate emotions while the physical poses in yoga work muscles and burn off energy. Adults and parents are free to join in and participate with your children!

DIY Healthy Snacks and Lunches for Kids – October 8, 2020

Working at home with kids?  Feel like you’re always fielding “I’m hungry” requests?  One of the tips to make home Zoom-schooling easier is to pack lunches and snacks in the morning, as well as having the kids make some easy snacks and lunches themselves. This cooking demo will showcase some tasty and healthy snacks and lunches, easily made by kids or adults!
