Choice means savings for your employees
- They can save money. They pay lower deductibles, copayments and out-of-pocket costs when they receive care from primary care providers (PCPs), specialists and hospitals in the Preferred tier.
- Some services are on us. No copayments are required for the first non-routine PCP visit and the first behavioral health visit each year. Plus, there’s no cost sharing for certain preventive services and tests.
- They have flexible network options. They’ll have peace of mind knowing they can choose from thousands of local trusted physicians throughout New England.
- Some services are always in the Preferred tier. PCPs, behavioral health, emergency care, pharmacy, acupuncture and chiropractic services always have lower cost sharing.
Who is eligible?
- Employers with under 100 enrolled subscribers.
- Employees who live in one of the following 10 counties at least nine months out of the year: Androscoggin, Cumberland, Franklin, Kennebec, Knox, Lincoln, Oxford, Sagadahoc, Waldo or York.
