New and improved billing and payment portal for Exchange members

To further improve the level of service we deliver to our members, we now have a new, enhanced payment website for Exchange members that makes bill payment more convenient and easier to use than ever. As of November 1, 2018, applicants are making their 2019 binder payments on our new portal. Effective December 1, 2018, existing members will have enhanced payment capabilities such as the Auto Pay feature, now with no need to reenroll in it.

Members can access the site by visiting, logging into their account, and selecting “Pay Bill Online” under “Top Tasks.”

We’re making members aware of the new website by including a flyer in their monthly bills. The flyer explains how they can access the site and highlights its key features.
