At Harvard Pilgrim, we know choosing the right benefits is complicated. Make it easy with Decision Doc—an interactive, personalized platform with human support. It’s available at no additional cost to eligible employers.*

To be eligible to participate, the employer must:

  • Have at least 150+ subscribers
  • Offer two or more Harvard Pilgrim plan options
  • Offer at least one high-deductible or HSA-eligible plan

How Decision Doc Works

  1. Answer questions about health care needs, finances, and family
  2. Get a Protection Score, a number between 0-999
  3. Use personalized guidance to choose benefits and improve score

Get protection for things that matter most, today and for the future.

How it stands out:

  • Protection Score: A personal protection meter that tells employees how well protected they are, right now, and motivates them to get protection.
  • Personal support: Employees have access to live analysts and interactive, personalized guidance.
  • Easy install: We continuously hear that their install process is simple, and the tool ultimately reduces the burden on busy HR teams.
  • Employer dashboard: Employers receive an interactive dashboard with robust data on how their benefits serve their employees based on their needs and financial circumstances.
  • Claim integration available: Eligible employees can receive claims-based snapshot, showing them which health plan is right based off their past claims data.
