Fitness reimbursement benefits

Helping members stay active and get rewarded

We know the value that a healthy workforce brings to your clients. So, to guide and support employee well-being, we offer fitness reimbursements of up to $150-$300 a year for our members.*

In person or virtual

Whether members prefer going to a gym or practicing yoga, taking a class or doing some rock climbing, we’ll reimburse them for fees they pay toward a fitness facility or other qualified membership — including virtual fitness class subscriptions!

What’s covered

Fitness reimbursement applies to monthly fees paid to a facility that provides cardiovascular and strength-training equipment for exercising and improving physical fitness.

Qualified facilities also include fitness studios and clubs that offer:

  • Yoga
  • Pilates
  • Zumba
  • Aerobic/group classes
  • Kickboxing
  • CrossFit
  • Strength training
  • Indoor cycling/spinning classes
  • Tennis
  • Indoor rock climbing
  • Personal training (taught by a certified instructor)

Virtual fitness class subscriptions also qualify (validation is subject to approval by Harvard Pilgrim).
