Call your dedicated Member Advocate team at 866-623-0194. They can answer questions about medical benefits and claims, help you find care, connect you with a lifestyle coach and much more. Hours are: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8 a.m.-6 p.m.; Wednesday: 10 a.m.-6 p.m.; and Friday: 8 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
